The Indiana field hockey team has announced Kate Barber, Mollie Getzfread and Nicole Volgraf will serves as 2015 team captains, head coach Amanda Janney announced today.
"Nicole, Kate and Mollie bring a lot of different positives to the team and we're excited that they're going to be our team captains," said Janney. "They each bring something different and they're going to make great leaders for us next year."
The trio was selected for the leadership position by their fellow teammates.
"I'm happy with the team's selection because these three really represent what we're looking for in captains," said Janney. "They have great character on and off the field, they represent what is best about Indiana field hockey and we're proud that they are representing us."
