LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Indiana looks to snap a three-game skid when it faces Kentucky at Cliff Hagan Stadium on Tuesday, March 31, at 4 p.m. ET (SEC Network +).
IU is 16-8 overall after getting swept at Iowa to match its longest losing streak of the season. The last time Indiana lost three in a row, the Hoosiers responded with wins in 13 of their next 14 games.
INDIANA VS. KENTUCKY
••• Indiana and Kentucky will meet for the 38th time since opening the all-time series on April 16, 1903.
••• Kentucky leads the all-time series, 19-18.
••• Kentucky has won three of the last four, but Indiana was victorious in 2014, as Kyle Hart pitched eight innings to lead the 16th-ranked Hoosiers to a 7-2 win vs. the 18th-ranked Wildcats. IU homered twice (Schwarber, DeMuth) and hit seven times to win at home.
••• Indiana and Kentucky have met each year since 2009.
••• Indiana has already won 15 non-conference games in 2015, two away from matching its regular-season total last season. Indiana has 11 non-conference games remaining, including Tuesday's tilt at Kentucky.

BACK AT BART KAUFMAN FIELD THIS WEEKEND
••• Following Tuesday's game, Indiana will play 18 of its final 28 games at home, including a seven-game homestand immediately following the Hoosiers' game at UK.
••• The Hoosiers are 45-8 (.849) at Bart Kaufman Field since the facility opened in 2013, including a perfect 7-0 this season. Indiana won its first seven games at the ballpark in 2013 and the first five in 2014.

MIDWEEK GAMES
••• Indiana is 4-0 in midweek contests this season, all at home, including a 3-0 decision vs. No. 7 Louisville on March 24, thanks to a pair of home runs from Isaiah Pasteur. IU is outscoring its opponents 21-4 in midweek games and has recorded shut outs twice. Indiana has eight midweek games remaining on its schedule.
A LOOK AT THE HOOSIERS
••• In the Big Ten, IU ranks tied for first with nine triples, second in walks allowed (48), and strikeouts (203), fourth in home runs (14) and fifth in batting average (.276), RBI (122) and team ERA (2.87).
••• Sixteen of Indiana's 24 games have been decided by three runs or less, including seven by one run. IU is 6-2 in one-run games and has won five straight. In three-run games, IU is 11-5 and winners of eight of its last nine.
••• Craig Dedelow leads IU with a .351 batting average (sixth in B1G) 33 hits and is tied with Casey Rodrigue for the lead with 46 total bases, while Rodrigue has a team-high 19 RBI. Three Hoosiers have at least seven extra-base hits, led by 10 from Austin Cangelosi and Rodrigue.
••• Thomas Belcher leads IU with 26 strikeouts and a 0.73 ERA, which is tops in the Big Ten.
••• Two of the five most experienced pitchers in Indiana history are currently on the roster. Ryan Halstead's 89 career appearances are tied for first while Luke Harrison is tied for fourth with 74.
