NEWBURGH, Ind. -- The Indiana men's golf team finished in 12th place at the 2015 Big Ten Men's Golf Championship at Victoria National Golf Club, posting a team score of 1217 for the tournament.

Sophomore Keegan Vea finished the four round event as the top individual performer for the Hoosiers, closing at 13-over par for the weekend and a tie for 32nd place.

Vea opened his final round with six straight pars before running into some trouble on 16, 17 and 18, where he was 5-over par. But he regrouped and was 1-over par on his second nine holes for a fina round 78.

Nicholas Grubnich, playing in his final tournament for the Cream and Crimson, was two strokes behind Vea in a tie for 37th with a total score of 303 for the weekend after his final round 81.

Max Kollin concluded his junior campaign with the round of the day for Indiana, registering a 3-over par 75. He opened his day with a birdie on his first hole and would go on to birdie the 15th hole as well on his way to going out in 1-over par. After a bogey on his 12th hole and then a double bogey on his 15th hole, he closed his round in style with a birdie on the par 5 ninth hole.

Brendon Doyle closed with a round of 80 while Will Seger came in with an 82.
