Softball DH vs. Purdue Postponed

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -  Indiana softball's Wednesday doubleheader against Purdue has been postponed until April 22 due to rain. The first game of the twin billing was halted in the top of the first inning after lightning was spotted in the area.

Game one will be picked up where it left off when it resumes, with Purdue runners on the corners after a lead-off triple and walk. The Boilermakers' Ashley Burkhardt will resume her position in the batter's box with a 2-0 count against Indiana pitcher Miranda Tamayo.
