Indiana Announces 2015 Cross Country Schedule

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana cross country program announced the 2015 schedule on Wednesday. IU will host a pair of meets this fall at the IU Championship Cross Country Course.
The 2015 season will get started in Bloomington on Sept. 5 when IU hosts the Indiana Open. The Hoosiers will then travel to Terre Haute for the annual Indiana Intercollegiate meet that features all of the college teams in the state.
On Oct. 3, IU will take part in the Princeton Invitational in New Jersey. Indiana will then split the team on Oct. 16-17 to run in the Adidas Invitational hosted by Wisconsin on Oct. 16 and then the following day IU will have participants in the Pre-National meet in Louisville, Ky.
The Big Ten Championships will get the championship portion of the schedule started as Northwestern hosts this year's conference meet in Evanston, Ill. on Nov. 1. IU will host its final home meet on Nov. 6 with the Hoosier Invitational to give non-championship runners a last chance to run competitively.
The NCAA Great Lakes Regional will take place on Nov. 13 in Madison, Wis. The 2015 season will conclude with the NCAA Championships on Nov. 21. This year's national meet will take place in Louisville, Ky. at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park.
Meet start times will be announced as those become available.
