Watford To Play With Pacers At NBA Summer League in Orlando

ORLANDO – Former Indiana University men's basketball standout Christian Watford will play for the Indiana Pacers in the Southwest Airlines Orlando Pro Summer League at the team's practice court at the Amway Center from July 4-10, 2015.
The 25-game, seven-day event will feature two teams from the Orlando Magic, along with the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder.
All of the games will air on NBA TV.
After playing in Israel in 2013-14, Watford spent the 2014-15 season with the Maine Red Claws (Boston Celtics) and the Reno Bighorns (Sacramento Kings) where he averaged 10.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 33 games in the NBA D-League.
He also could join the Sacramento Kings squad in the 2015 Samsung NBA Summer League in Las Vegas which takes place, July 10-20.
