••• Notre Dame leads the all-time series, 64-31-1, in 96 meetings since 5/1/1901, a 14-3 win in favor of the Fighting Irish. Notre Dame won 17 of the first 18 meetings in the series.
••• Tuesday marks the two schools' first meeting since March 1, 1998.
••• After the Hoosiers won 10 consecutive meetings (3/31/1984-3/25/1989), Notre Dame has taken the last six (4/26/1989-3/1/1998).

A LOOK AT THE HOOSIERS
••• Indiana is 21-15 overall after dropping two games at No. 11 Illinois on Friday and Saturday. Sunday's series finale was cancelled due to rain.

Casey Rodrigue leads IU with 27 runs scored and 22 runs batted in. Four Hoosiers have at least 10 extra-base hits, led by 14 from Dedelow and Logan Sowers.
••• Luke Harrison leads IU with 35 strikeouts and a 0.91 ERA, while Jake Kelzer has pitched a team-high 47.2 innings.
