Hoosiers Appear in ESPN Preseason Poll

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University men's basketball program earned the #14 spot in today's ESPN No-Longer-Way-Too-Early Top 25 for 2015-16. The Hoosiers are the second highest rated team from the Big Ten and one of four conference teams to appear on the list.
IU returns four starters from a team which made the Hoosiers 39th NCAA Tournament appearance a year ago and was the top offensive team in the Big Ten.
Seven of the teams on the list will take on IU next season including possibly Kansas and Vanderbilt in the Maui Invitational, Duke in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge and Notre Dame in the Crossroads Classic.
The other Big Ten teams in the ranking include Maryland, Michigan State and Wisconsin.

• In 2014-15, IU finished 6th in the country in three-point field goal percentage (40.6), 8th in the nation in three-point field goals made per game and tying a Big Ten record in the process (9.4), and 17th in scoring (77.4). All three led the Big Ten.
• IU is 93-45 over the last four years.
