#IUBB At No. 13 in Blue Ribbon Basketball Preseason Poll

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - As the Indiana University men's basketball team prepares to officially start practice in the coming weeks, Blue Ribbon Basketball must be added to the list that predict good things for the Hoosiers this season.
The preview magazine has IU rated 13th in the country in their preseason poll. The Hoosiers have been ranked anywhere from 4th nationally to 17th in the many preseason polls that have been put out since the end of the season. IU returns four starters from a team which led the Big Ten in scoring and earned an NCAA Tournament berth.
Seven teams that are among Blue Ribbon's Top 25 could end up as opponents for the Hoosiers this season. They include #2 Maryland, #5 Kansas, #6 Duke, #14 Vanderbilt, #15 Michigan State, #17 Michigan and #19 Purdue.
