BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Check out Indiana Basketball's latest workouts in the sand pit, also known as the "Lyon's" Den, coined by head strength and conditioning coach Lyonel Anderson. Press play on the image above.

The Hoosiers, who return four starters from last year's NCAA Tournament team, have been picked between fourth and 17th in various national preseason polls.

Indiana continue preparations for their first official practice on Friday, Oct. 2. The season opens on Nov. 13 vs. Eastern Illinois at Assembly Hall.
