Postgame Notes
• With the win, Indiana is 114-50 all-time against Northwestern.
• The Hoosiers 32-point victory is the largest margin of victory in the series since Indiana beat Northwestern 95-61 on 2/4/96 in Bloomington.
• The Hoosiers have beat their last three Big Ten opponents at home by at least 25 points (Ohio State-25, Illinois-34, Northwestern-32). The last time Indiana achieved this was the 1987-88 season (Minnesota-29, Northwestern-29, Michigan State-37).
• The last time the Hoosiers had back-to-back 30-plus point wins in Big Ten play at home was the 2000-01 season (Wisconsin-30, Minnesota-36).
• The last time IU won back-to-back Big Ten games (home or away) by 30 or more points was during the 2001-02 season. After a 85-51 win at Penn State on Jan. 23, 2002 they turned around and beat Illinois in Assembly Hall, 88-57, on Jan. 26, 2002.
• The last time Indiana had three 25-plus point Big Ten wins in a season was in 2012-13. (at Purdue-37, vs. Nebraska-29, vs. Purdue-28).
• The last time IU opened Big Ten play with a 7-0 record was the 1992-93 season when they opened 13-0.
• The last time Indiana won 12 games in a row was the start of the 2011-12 season, when the Hoosiers began the year 12-0.
• The 12-game win streak is the third-longest active streak in the country (SMU-18, UAB-13).
• The Hoosiers opened the game on a 13-2 run and held Northwestern scoreless until the Wildcats converted a field goal at the 16:28 mark.
• In the first four minutes and last four minutes of each half combined, the Hoosiers outscored the Wildcats 42-13.
• Indiana held a 40-23 advantage on the glass (11-5 on offensive glass), and have won or tied the rebounding battle in each of the last 12 games – all IU wins.
• The Hoosiers held a 14-0 advantage on second chance points.

• Senior Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell scored 17 points and moved into 10th on the Hoosiers all-time scoring list, passing Eric Anderson (1989-92). Ferrell now has 1,720 points and is 10 points behind Christian Watford for ninth on the list.
• Ferrell added six assists with just one turnover and is the all-time leader in assists in school history with 559. Ferrell moved into third alone in assists in Big Ten games with 266 (Quinn Buckner 313 is 2nd).
• Ferrell converted 3-of-6 from 3-point range and is third on the Hoosiers all-time list for 3-pointers with 235. Ferrell is third in Big Ten only games with 132. Jordan Hulls is second in both categories with 254 and 134, respectively.
• Junior Troy Williams scored nine points to move his career total to 912. He added seven rebounds, four assists and one block in 25 minutes.
• Junior Collin Hartman scored 11 points to go along with five rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes.
• Sophomore Robert Johnson had nine points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals.
• Redshirt senior Max Bielfeldt led all bench scorers with 13 points, including a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line. He added four rebounds and one steal in 16 minutes.
• Redshirt senior Nick Ziesloft (3 rebounds and 2 assists) and true freshmen Thomas Bryant (2 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block and 1 steal) and Juwan Morgan (2 rebounds) scored seven points apiece.
• Redshirt senior Ryan Burton had five points and one rebound and freshman O.G. Anunoby had three points three rebounds, two assists and one block in 12 minutes.
