Indiana Women’s Basketball Begins Practice for 2016-17 Season

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana Women's Basketball team got its start on the 2016-17 season as it officially opened practice on Monday afternoon at Cook Hall.
IU returns ten letterwinners and all five starters from a highly successful 2015-16 campaign where it advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The 2016-17 season opens up on November 11 at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall against Presbyterian at 7 p.m. ET.
Reigning Big Ten Coach of the Year Teri Moren and senior guard Karlee McBride talked with the Voice of IU Women's Basketball Greg Murray after practice.
