Setting The Scene
•Indiana (5-5, 3-4 B1G East) closes out its road schedule against No. 3/4/4 Michigan (9-1, 6-1 B1G East) at Michigan Stadium (107,601; FieldTurf) on Saturday, Nov. 19. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EST on ESPN.
•IU will meet its fourth top 10 opponent this season for the first time in program history.
•The Hoosiers have won four of its last six on the road and three of its last five Big Ten games away from home.
The Coaches
•Kevin Wilson is in his sixth season as Indiana head coach. Wilson led IU to the 2015 New Era Pinstripe Bowl, the program's first postseason appearance since 2007. He has mentored three first team All-Americans, 25 players who have either moved on to the NFL or received camp invites and a five-year program record 111 Academic All-Big Ten honorees. The offense has set 57 school records during his tenure.
•Jim Harbaugh is 19-4 (.826) in his second season as Michigan head coach. He owns a 77-31 (.713) overall record with stops at Stanford (2007-10) and San Diego (2004-06). Harbaugh coached the San Francisco 49ers from 2011-14.

•Indiana is holding its opponents to 392.0 total yards, an improvement of 117.5 from last season, the largest improvement in the country. The Hoosiers have limited their foes to 78.0 fewer passing yards (2nd nationally) and 9.2 fewer points (10th).
•IU's 16 tackles for loss against No. 10 Penn State tied for the most in school history (Nov. 14, 1998 vs. Minnesota).
•Over its last four games, Indiana has recorded 13 sacks and 44 tackles for loss.
•LB Tegray Scales' six double-figure tackle games put him in a share of 1st in the Big Ten (T-8th nationally).
•He is 1st in solo stops (71; 2nd nationally, 1st among Power 5 schools), and 2nd in tackles (94; T-19th) and tackles for loss (15; T-11th) in the Big Ten after he posted four TFLs, T-5th in program history, against the Nittany Lions.
•LB Marcus Oliver holds the program record and is the NCAA active leader with 11 career forced fumbles.
•CB Rashard Fant's 18 passes defended and 16 pass breakups are 1st in the nation. Fant is also T-1st in the NCAA among active players with 46 career passes defended (Breon Borders, Duke).
•The Hoosiers are T-3rd in the Big Ten in defensive TDs (2, T-29th nationally), 4th in third down percentage (31.2, 13th), 5th in TFLs (70, T-28th) and fumbles recovered (6), 6th in interceptions (10), and T-6th in takeaways (16) and sacks (22).
•Indiana is 2nd in the conference in passing offense (302.7, 20th nationally), 3rd in yards per completion (13.5, 29th), total offense (467.3, 32nd) and completion percentage (61.3, 38th), and 4th in passing efficiency (140.2, 4th).
•IU is the only B1G team with three players in the top 10 in yardage and receptions: Nick Westbrook (793-2nd; 44-6th), Ricky Jones (713-6th; 43-T-7th) and Mitchell Paige (536-10th; 49-4th).
•Paige (at Rutgers) and Jones (vs. Penn State) became the 19th and 20th Hoosiers to reach 100 catches and 1,000 yards.
