Hoosiers Take On Big Ten Individuals

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana University men's tennis team, along with nine other Big Ten schools will make their way to Madison, Wisc. to take part in the 2016 Big Ten Individual Championships.
The tournament stretching from Nov. 4 – Nov. 7 will feature sophomore Antonio Cembellin, senior Matthew McCoy, freshman Zac Brodney, and sophomore Oliver Sec.
In singles, Cembellin received a first round bye and plays the winner of a matchup between a player from Penn State and Wisconsin. McCoy will open play against Benjamin Lieb of Penn State. Brodney will also face a player from Penn State in Nika Dolidze. Sec opens up his tournament with a singles matchup with Colin Harvey of Michigan State.
In doubles, McCoy and Brodney face a pair from Northwestern to kick things off. Cembellin and Sec begin doubles play with a matchup against two players from Iowa.
Below is the tentative schedule provided by the University of Wisconsin.
Friday: Doubles Rounds 1-2 and Singles Round 1 (main) and Round 1 (consolation)
Saturday: Doubles Quarterfinals and Semifinals and Singles Round of 32 and Round of 16
Sunday: Doubles Finals and Singles Quarterfinals and Semifinals
Monday: Singles Finals
