On the court
The best part about being an IU student-athlete is: Being surrounded by motivated people (teammates, fellow sports, staff) on a regular basis.
What I like most about Coach Dunbar and the staff: Their passion for the game matches their compassion for the team itself.
I'm most looking forward to _______this season: Facing high-level opponents.
I choose my jersey number because: A past player who inspired me and excelled in number 18 (not Peyton Manning but he rocks, too).
My pre-match superstitions: Can't take off my bracelets until RIGHT before warm-ups.
My most memorable moment as a volleyball player: Making the Circle City 13-1s team (The beginning of it all).
This season will be a success if: We keep the mental toughness that we've developed this summer.
Off the court
I first started playing volleyball when I was: In 5th grade.
My favorite activity outside of volleyball is: Hiking.
My most prized possession is: My Grandma's engagement ring that she left me after she passed away.
My favorite game to play when I was in elementary school: Jackpot.
The one talent I wish I had: Tight-rope walking.
Favorite food: Eggo Waffles.
If I didn't play volleyball I would play: … I would be a dedicated Yogi.
My dream job is: A marine biologist who specializes in manatee rehabilitation.
One unique thing about me: I drink herbal tea almost every day ('Rest' Tazo Tea is my favorite, but it was discontinued last year).
The best movie I saw this summer was: Finding Dory
Last concert I went to/favorite musical group or artist: Miranda Lambert was my last concert; either Bryce Vine or Thomas Rhett is my favorite artist
