BLOOMINGTON, Indiana - In this edition of "A Season in Photos", we take a look back at the freshman season of OG Anunoby. The Jefferson City, Missouri, native was handed a larger role with the team, along with expanded playing time after James Blackmon Jr. went down with a season-ending injury just prior to the start of the Big Ten season. Anunoby continued to progress through the season and then had breakout games in the Big Ten Tournament and NCAA Tournament.
He finished the year playing in 34 out of 35 games and posting averages of 4.9 points and 2.6 rebounds. When looking at his conference only stats, the numbers increase to 5.8 points and 3.3 rebounds as well as nearly one blocked shot per game.
