Hoosier Hysteria, presented Smithville Fiber, Set for Oct. 22

Bloomington, Indiana - The date for the 2016 edition of Hoosier Hysteria, presented by Smithville Fiber, will be Saturday, October 22 in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. The event annually serves as the official tip-off for both the men's and women's basketball programs. Both teams are coming off seasons where they made NCAA Tournament appearances. In addition, Tom Crean and Teri Moren each earned Big Ten Coach of the Year accolades
Details are still being finalized and will be announced at a later date. Admission is free, but fans are encouraged to bring a canned food item and donate it to Hoosier Hills Food Bank.
Fans can expect games, music, contests, prizes and an up-close look at the Hoosiers prior to the start of the season.
