Thoughts from Head Coach Sherry Dunbar-Kruzan
On the play of seniors Taylor Lebo and Jazzmine McDonald
"With Taylor Lebo I like her leadership more then her play and I like her play a lot. I think her and Megan Tallman both are being excellent captains right now. Jazzmine has more in her. She is first in the Big Ten in hitting percentage right now, but we are looking at film and there are things she can do even better. I think that is a real positive to know there is even more improvement in her as the season goes on and to motivate her to continue to really to drive herself and challenge herself to be one of the best middles in the Big Ten."
On the Hoosier Classic this weekend
"These are three quality opponents right before we open Big Ten play. I think we thought with it being the fourth weekend we should be playing those types of opponents. I'm excited about it and I think the kids are too. We are in a good spot at 9-1. When we choose, we are playing some of the best volleyball and speed volleyball that we have ever played. We have to continue to stay on that and we are super excited for this opportunity. We are going to play three quality, different types of opponents and I think that is a really good thing for us."

With their win over South Alabama on Sept. 10 the Hoosiers pushed their record to 9-0 for the fourth time in school history. After a five set loss at Florida Gulf Coast the Hoosiers are now 9-1 this season.
