Setting The Scene
•Indiana (2-0) welcomes Wake Forest (3-0, 1-0 ACC Atlantic) to Memorial Stadium (52,929; FieldTurf) on Saturday, Sept. 24. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EDT and BTN will broadcast the game.
•The Hoosiers won the only meeting between the two programs, 31-24, at WFU on Sept. 26, 2015.
•Virginia is the last ACC opponent to visit Bloomington (2011).
•IU coaches will wear Coach to Cure MD patches to raise awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Fans are encouraged to donate online at www.CoachtoCureMD.org or donate $5 by texting CURE to 90999.
The Coaches
•Kevin Wilson is in his sixth season as Indiana head coach. Wilson led IU to the 2015 New Era Pinstripe Bowl, the program's first postseason appearance since 2007. He has mentored three first team All-Americans, 25 players who have either moved on to the NFL or received camp invites and a five-year program record 111 Academic All-Big Ten honorees. The offense has set 54 school records during his tenure.
•Dave Clawson is 9-18 in his third season as Wake Forest head coach. He owns a 99-98 overall mark with stints at Bowling Green (2009-13), Richmond (2004-07) and Fordham (1999-2003).
