Hoosiers Roll Out 2016-17 Schedule

Bloomington, Ind. – The Indiana University men's tennis team schedule has been released and the 2016-17 season will bring eight fall tournaments, and 25 dual matches in the winter/spring.
The Hoosiers will kick off their season September 23rd as they go to West Lafayette for four days at the Purdue Invite.
After a tournament at Notre Dame, the Hoosiers will head down south on two separate occasions: The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) regionals in Knoxville, TN and the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Futures tournament in Birmingham, AL.
The Hoosiers will close out the fall slate with ITA National Indoors, Big Ten Individuals and the Wake Forest Invitational.
Dual matches begin on January 21st with a match against Dartmouth followed by a battle with Bryant.
Hoosier fans will get their first look of the team on January 27th as the Hoosiers begin a span of five straight matches inside the IU Tennis Center.
The Big Ten schedule gets underway on February 10th at Illinois. After five non-conference matches, the Hoosiers will face Purdue for the Big Ten home opener.
On March 14th and 26th the Hoosiers will complete their non-conference dual matches with matches against Texas Tech and Detroit.
The rest of the season will see the Hoosiers hosting Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, and Iowa and visiting Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
Big Ten play will commence at the Big Ten Championships hosted by Purdue from April 27th to April 30th.
