Coleman and Atlanta Falcons Face Patriots in Super Bowl LI on Sunday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Former Indiana Football standout Tevin Coleman and the Atlanta Falcons will face the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI on Sunday.
This marks the second-straight year that a Hoosier alum will be playing in the Super Bowl. Last year, wide receiver Cody Latimer and the Denver Broncos won Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
In the NFC Championship game, Atlanta defeated the Green Bay Packers, 44-21. Coleman totaled 64 scrimmage yards, with 35 receiving and 29 rushing. He put the Falcons ahead 44-15 in the fourth quarter on a three-yard touchdown run.
In Atlanta's NFC Divisional round win over Seattle, Coleman ran for a team-high 57 yards on 11 carries (5.2 average) with a long for 15. The former All-American gave the Falcons a 19-10 lead in the first half on a 14-yard touchdown reception. He amassed over 900 yards of offense on the season and scored 11 touchdowns.
