BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana offensive lineman Dan Feeney and running back Devine Redding will participate in the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium from Tuesday-Monday, Feb. 28-March 6.
A two-time captain, Feeney (2015-16) became just the fourth player in program history to earn first team All-America status twice and just the third to earn first team honors in back-to-back seasons: Anthony Thompson (1988-89), John Isenbarger (1967-68) and Pete Pihos (1943, 45).
He started the first 41 games of his career at right guard and the final five at right tackle. In those 46 games, Feeney allowed just two sacks in 3,355 snaps.
Redding declared for the NFL Draft on Jan. 6, 2017. He became the fourth Hoosier to record back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons (2015-16) and the first since Vaughn Dunbar (1990-91).
The Youngstown, Ohio, native ranks seventh in rushing attempts (508), 11th in rushing yardage (2,252), and tied for 11th in rushing touchdowns (17) and 100-yard rushing games (8) on IU's career lists. Redding averaged 4.4 yards per carry in 36 career games (17 starts). He caught 27 passes for 146 yards and two TDs for 2,497 all-purpose yards.
