Durham, Smith To Play in Derby Festival Basketball Classic This Weekend

Indiana University basketball signees Al Durham and Justin Smith will play in the Derby Festival Basketball Classic at Freedom Hall in Louisville on Saturday, April 15 at 7 p.m. They will play on the Lightning squad.
The game can be seen live on Fox Sports 2 or by using the Fox Sports Go app. In addition, the game will be shown locally in Louisville on WDRB-TV.
Tickets, which cost $18 in advance ($20 at the door) and $50 for VIP Courtside are available for purchase online at www.ticketmaster.com and by phone through TicketMaster at (800) 745-3000. Tickets for the game and 2017 Pegasus Pins ($6 at all Louisville and Southern Indiana Kroger locations) will allow for free admission to the Horseshoe Foundation Derby Festival Night of the Future Stars, which will be held on Friday, April 14, at Indiana University Southeast. The event, which includes a dunk contest, 3-point shootout and 2-on-2 contest, will start at 7 p.m.
Durham is a 6-4 guard from Lilburn, Georgia, who averaged 21 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists as a senior for Berkmar High School. Smith is a 6-6 forward from Des Plaines, Illinois, who averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds this past season.
