ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Indiana Women's Soccer dropped its final spring game on Saturday to Saint Louis University, 3-1. The Hoosiers finish the spring campaign with a 3-1 mark, in addition to a February victory in a 7v7 tournament in Illinois.
Freshman Chandra Davidson netted Indiana's goal in the 63rd minute after picking up a rebound from a saved shot off the foot of fellow freshman Sydney Kilgore. In the fall, Davidson played in 19 games with 14 starts. She scored her first career goal during IU's 3-2 win at Ohio State on Oct. 13.
Davidson's goal equalized the contest after the Billikens went up 1-0 in the 52nd minute, marking the first score surrendered by Indiana this spring. However, the 1-1 stalemate would not last long as the Billikens responded two minutes later to take a 2-1 lead. The final Saint Louis score came in the 86th minute of action.
