Emma Fisher Wins 95th Indiana Women’s State Amateur Championship

PERU, Ind. – Rising sophomore Emma Fisher won the 95th Indiana Women's State Amateur Championship on Friday afternoon at the Rock Hollow Golf Club. Fisher shot a collective 4-over par en route to the individual title by two strokes.
The Bloomington native tallied a 1-under day on Friday to help win the event hosted by the Indiana Women's Golf Association. She shot a 72 in the opening 18 holes on Wednesday and a 77 in Thursday's round. She shot five birdies overall in the tournament, as she finished one under in the final six holes for the victory over Julia Potter of Indianapolis.
Fisher recently completed her freshman season for the Hoosiers, where she played in 15 rounds and averaged a 78.39.
