2016 in Review
The Hoosiers are coming off their best season since 2010 as they finished 17-16 overall in the 2016 season. The team started 9-0 for the fourth time in school history and went 11-2 in non-conference play. The Big Ten slate was highlighted by wins over No. 13 Michigan and No. 22 Ohio State. The 2017 Roster

In addition to the five freshmen, the Hoosiers have also added graduate student Kristen Ostach. Ostach completed her undergraduate education at Fordham and was the team captain in her senior year.
The Youth Movement

Koors tied a program record for digs in a three-set match with 25 in the win over George Washington. Koors has three matches this season with 20 or more digs. Sophomore setter Victoria Brisack currently ranks sixth in the NCAA in assists per set with 11.94 per set.
In the five-set win against Florida Gulf Coast on 9/16, the youth stepped up in a big way. Freshman Kamryn Malloy came into the match in the third set and tallied nine kills on 12 attempts with no errors for a .750 hitting percentage. Malloy followed that up with a season-high 11 kills against Illinois on Wednesday.
Fellow freshman Bayli Lebo led the Hoosiers in digs in the match against FGCU with a career-high 14. Sophomore Kendall Beerman tied her career-high for kills with 19. Beerman is leading the Hoosiers in kills with 169.
