IU Winter Invitational Day 2

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – On the second day of the IU Winter Invitational the Indiana women's tennis team posted a 12-5 combined record for singles and doubles matches.
Natalie Whalen and Xiwei Cai won in doubles 6-3 and Caitlin Bernard and Jelly Bozovic won their match with a score of 6-1.
In the Indiana Flight Whalen, Appel, Cai and Bernard won their matches to get things started for the Hoosiers.
Also winning in singles, Anna McCoy, Paulin Jahren, Jelly Bozovic and Michelle McKamey.
The second day concluded with a second round of doubles. The Hoosiers changed up their squads as Appel teamed with Cai to win 6-2 and Whalen paired with Bozovic won 6-3.
The final day of the tournament will start tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at the IU Tennis Center.
