BLOOMINGTON, Indiana – There will be no shortage of events, attractions and fun for fans of all ages during the 111th Indiana University Homecoming weekend, Oct. 12-14.
In addition to the annual Homecoming Parade and Block Party Oct. 12, there are countless other marquee events planned in and around Bloomington for the weekend. All of these activities surround a highly-anticipated Oct. 13 match-up against Iowa at Noon, a huge contest as Coach Tom Allen's team looks to move closer to bowl eligibility.
"There's no better place to be in the fall than Bloomington, and that's particularly true during Homecoming weekend," said IU Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass. "Besides the Homecoming game, we will have a lengthy list of entertaining events planned throughout the weekend. We invite everyone to join in on the fun and help create a big-time atmosphere for Coach Allen and the Hoosiers as we face Iowa."
