Langford On NABC Division I Player of the Year Preseason Watch List

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches on Monday announced its preseason watch list for the 2019 NABC Division I Player of the Year Presented by ShotTracker.
Indiana freshman guard Romeo Langford was among the 20 players listed. Langford also was listed today among players who are candidates for the Naismith Trophy. Scott May in 1976 and Calbert Cheaney in 1993 are former Hoosiers who have won this award.
The 2019 NABC Division I Player of the Year award will be announced on Sunday, April 7, at the NABC Guardians of the Game Awards Show in Minneapolis, Minn. - site of the 2019 NCAA Final Four®.
