MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Indiana volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match (12-25, 17-25, 22-25) against No. 3 Minnesota on Friday.

Key Moments
• Minnesota jumped out to a 9-2 lead in the first set. After the Hoosiers made it 12-6 on a block from Elizabeth Asdell and Deyshia Lofton, Minnesota used a 5-1 run to go up 16-7.
• The Hoosiers narrowed the Minnesota lead to 16-13 in the second set, but the Golden Gophers scored three straight to go up 19-13.
• Indiana kept it close early in the third set at 10-10 on a kill from Hayden Huybers, but Minnesota scored three straight to go up 13-10.
• The Hoosiers matched Minnesota early in the third set and led 18-17 on a kill from Breana Edwards.
• At 19-19 in the third set Minnesota scored three straight to go up 22-19 and won the third set, 25-22.

Notables
• Indiana falls to 15-11 overall and 6-9 in Big Ten play. Minnesota improves to 21-2 overall and 15-0 in the conference.
• With her 13 digs, sophomore Bayli Lebo moved into sixth on the Hoosiers all-time list for single season digs. She now has 436.
• Kamryn Malloy led Indiana with nine kills and added 12 digs.
• Deyshia Lofton hit .438 with eight kills and Hayden Huybers hit .500 with seven kills.
