Amanda Cahill Signs Professional Contract in Luxembourg

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Women's Basketball alum Amanda Cahill has signed a professional contact to play basketball for Résidence Walferdange in Walferdange, Luxembourg.
After completing her student teaching and earning her bachelor's degree in Elementary education with a 3.9 GPA in early December, Cahill has immediately joined the club.
The Clyde, Ohio native, who played for IU from 2014-18, is a three-time All-Big Ten selection and two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American who scored 1,884 points and 1,115 rebounds in her Cream and Crimson career. She also finished her decorated career fourth in scoring, second in rebounds, the all-time leader in 3-point field goal percentage (38.7 percent), third in 3-pointers made (200), fifth in 3-pointers attempted (517), eighth in steals (180), ninth in points per game (14.0) and 10th in assists (331).
