Receveur Named Indoor Big Ten Women’s Track Athlete Of The Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Redshirt junior Katherine Receveur earned her fourth career Indoor Big Ten Women's Track Athlete of the Week title, announced by the league on Wednesday.
The Louisville, Ky. native anchored the women's distance medley relay (DMR) this past weekend at the Alex Wilson Invitational hosted by the University of Notre Dame. Receveur finished her 1600m leg in 4:36.9, which is a season best time in the relay carry.
The team consisting of senior Brenna Calder, freshman Natalie Price, junior Kelsey Harris and Katherine Receveur ran the fourth fastest time in the NCAA and the fastest time in the Big Ten with the final time of 11:00.77.
The Hoosiers will travel to Geneva, Ohio to compete in the Big Ten Championships on Friday, February 23 and Saturday, February 24. The meet will start at 10:00 am EST on Friday and Saturday. There will be live stats available here. Live coverage will be available via FloTrack and BTN Plus.
