Hoosiers Fall at No. 25 Princeton

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Indiana women's tennis dropped a 5-2 match at No. 25 Princeton on Sunday.
Caitlin Bernard and Jelly Bozovic improved to 8-1 in doubles in dual match play with a 6-3 win, but it wasn't enough as Princeton won the other two doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead in the overall match.
In singles, the Hoosiers (10-3) won three first sets, but Princeton got straight sets wins at No. 1 singles, No. 4 singles and No. 3 singles to clinch the overall match.
Freshman Jelly Bozovic improved to 8-2 on the season in dual match singles with a 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (10-4) win at No. 5 singles.
Freshman Olga Zavarotnaya won her second match of the weekend with a 7-6, 7-5 win at the No. 6 singles position. Zavarotnaya has posted a 5-1 record in dual match singles.
Up next the Hoosiers return home next weekend to host Western Kentucky and Miami University on Saturday March 3.
