Milto Named Big Ten Pitcher of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana junior starting pitcher Pauly Milto was named Big Ten Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
The Greenwood, Ind.-native tossed his first complete game in a 4-0 victory over Boston College at the Snowbird Classic in Port Charlotte, Fla. on Saturday. He scattered just four hits in the shutout, striking out eight hitters and walking none
With the victory, Milto Improved to 2-0 on the year with a 0.00 ERA in 15 innings pitched. He has allowed just five hits over those 15 innings and has struck out 13.
This marks the first Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honor for Milto. The last Indiana Big Ten Pitcher of the Week was Kyle Hart on April 18, 2016.
