No. 5 Wildcats Next for Hoosiers

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's tennis team is back in action on Saturday March 17 at 12:00 p.m. against the No. 5 Northwestern Wildcats.
The Hoosiers (12-4, 0-1 Big Ten) continue a stretch of their first three conference games on the road. Indiana fell at No. 6 Illinois on March 10 and travel to Michigan State on March 23. The Hoosiers host their Big Ten home opener on March 25 against Minnesota.
Indiana takes on the Northwestern Wildcats, who own a 10-3 record on the season. The Wildcats are 3-0 in Big Ten play with wins over Illinois, Purdue and Iowa.
Redshirt sophomore Caitlin Bernard leads the Hoosiers with 13 singles wins with seven of the 13 coming at the No. 2 singles position. Bernard has teamed up with freshman Jelly Bozovic in doubles and the pair have posted an 10-1 record in doubles in dual match play.
Freshman Michelle McKamey is also in double-digits with 11 wins in singles. McKamey has teamed up with junior Madison Appel to go 10-4 in doubles matches in dual match play.
The match against Northwestern will have live scoring and video. The video requires a subscription and payment.
