Three Hoosier Freshmen Qualify for Junior Pan Pacific Championships

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Three incoming Indiana University swimming & diving freshmen earned spots on Team USA for the upcoming 2018 Junior Pan Pacific Championships.
Mikey Calvillo, Van Mathias and Christin Rockway will all compete at the Junior Pan Pacs in Suva, Fiji from August 23-27.
Featuring the top junior swimmers from the U.S., Canada, Australia and Japan, the Junior Pan Pacific Championships have consistently proven to be a springboard for international success.
The Junior Pan Pacs team was selected on finish order from last week's Phillips 66 National Championships. In order to be eligible for Junior Pan Pacs, a swimmer must be between 13 and 18 as of December 31, 2018.
