Montana State – The Bobcats return their top three scorers from a 13-19 team in 2017-18. They are the first Big Sky Conference team to visit Assembly Hall since Eastern Washington in 2014.
Marquette – Went 21-14 last year before falling to Penn State in the third round of the NIT. They return preseason Big East Player of the Year Markus Howard, who averaged 20.4 points and shot 40 percent from 3-point range. Viewed as one of the top offensive teams in the country.

UC Davis – Won the Big West regular season title last year and finished with a 21-11 record after losing to Utah in the first round of the NIT. A favorite to repeat as conference champions.
Northwestern – The Wildcats will be led by seniors Vic Law (12.0) and Dererk Pardon (11.3) as they look to rebound from a 15-17 season in 2017-18. Hoosiers had one of their best defensive efforts of the season last year against the Wildcats at home.
Louisville – The Cardinals make their first trip to Assembly Hall since 2002 and will be under the direction of new head coach Chris Mack. Final game of a three-game series.
Central Arkansas – After losing their top two scorers from last year, UCA will look to sophomore Hayden Koval (8.7) and senior Thatch Unruh (8.7) to provide the scoring punch this year. The Bears advanced to the second round of the College Basketball Invitational last year and finished with a 18-17 overall record.
Jacksonville – The Dolphins were 15-18 last year but advanced to the semifinal of the ASUN Championship semifinal. Finished third in their league during the regular season.

Nebraska – The Huskers narrowly missed out on an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament last year despite a 13-5 Big Ten record and they return the top three scorers.
Michigan – The Wolverines advanced to the national championship game a season ago and return second-leading scorer Charles Matthews (13.0) along with top assist man Xavier Simpson.
Iowa – Hawkeyes return their top three scorers, led by Jordan Bohannon (15.3), who also made 96 3-point field goals last year.
Ohio State – The Buckeyes lose the Big Ten Player of the Year in 2017-18 (Bates-Diop), but add a pair of immediately eligible transfers and have Kaleb Wesson back to anchor the interior (10.2p, 4.9r).
