Indiana Ticket Office Partners with Zipwhip

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana Tickets has entered a new partnership with Zipwhip, a Seattle-based company that will allow Hoosiers to connect with the Ticket Office through text message.
The partnership with Zipwhip will enable Indiana to connect directly with fans, while also improving customer service efforts.
"This new partnership gives our fans another avenue to communicate and interact with our office and allows us to offer another layer of customer service by making our office more easily accessible. Texting is quick and easy, and is becoming one of the more prominent forms of communication for fans of all ages", said Indiana Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations Michael Osmundson.
Indiana joins a growing list of Zipwhip clients, including several teams from the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS.
The service has already launched and fans can try it out by texting their inquiries to the Ticket Office at (812) 855-4006. Fans who text "IUFB" to (812) 855-4006 will receive an exclusive offer.
In addition to contacting via text message, fans also have the option to purchase tickets now by visiting IUHoosiers.com/Tickets or by calling 866-IUSPORTS.
