"We've established Nebraska is pretty good. I thought they were excellent in the last three games. Took their game to a different level, which you expect from a team that is as good as they are. Really proud of our kids in game one. I thought not only the energy of the building, but [also] how hard we played. I thought we played clean and did some really good things for extended periods of time in game one. It is like anything else; I don't think we are a top ten team, but I think there are times this year we have played really good volleyball. I felt good about that. Then they made some adjustments and their kids started to get going a little bit and that is just how it is.
I think we are a pretty good volleyball team. We do good things for stretches, but we have to do things for really long stretches to beat teams like that. We'll take the good from it now, and we go on into tomorrow in a match we'd like to win for sure. On the whole, hate to lose but I thought there were some positive things tonight for sure."
