NOTABLES
• Melanie Forbes led the Hoosiers on offense in Sunday's match with two shots and a goal.
• Sunday's match marked Jacelyn Smith's first start in her career with the Hoosiers.
• Bethany Kopel tallied one save. She now has 50 saves this season and 237 in her career.
HEAD COACH ERWIN VAN BENNEKOM
"Really tough result today, especially because we started the game so well. We played very well and were in total control of the game. We only have ourselves to blame with letting the quality of our possession drop after that. This one stings but hopefully we can use today as fire for Wednesday."
UP NEXT
The Hoosiers will conclude the 2019 regular season on the road at Michigan State on Wednesday Oct. 30 at 1p. Wednesday's matchup will serve as the makeup game from Sept. 27 when the match between Indiana and the Spartans was stopped in the 23rd minute due to weather.
