Indiana beat Gannon in their first ever meeting 84-54.
The Hoosiers are now 27-0 in exhibition games versus non-Division I opponents since 2004-05.
At halftime the Hoosiers led Gannon 37-29.

As a team, Indiana shot 53.7 percent from the floor.
In the final 2:32 of the first half, the Hoosiers went on a 9-0 run to take an eight point halftime lead. Indiana extended their 9-0 run scoring the first six points of the second half.
Indiana's largest lead of the game was 30 at both the 2:15 and :43 marks.
Nine Hoosiers played at least 13 minutes in the contest.
The Hoosiers held Gannon to 30.4 percent shooting in the second half and 21.1 percent from behind the 3-point line during the game.
Indiana took 24 free throws in the second half compared to the 12 taken by Gannon.
Five Hoosiers scored in double figures, Justin Smith (18), Armaan Franklin (12), Trayce Jackson-Davis (12), Damezi Anderson (10) and Race Thompson (10).
Junior forward Justin Smith led the Hoosiers with 18 points and added two rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block.
Sophomore guard Rob Phinisee tallied five points, one rebound, one steal and a block in 14 minutes.
Sophomore forward Damezi Anderson scored 10 points and added three rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 31 minutes.
Junior guard Cooper Bybee recorded four minutes of playing time in the game.
Freshman guard Armaan Franklin scored 12 points and had eight rebounds, four assists and three steals in 34 minutes.
Freshman forward Trayce Jackson-Davis had 12 points and led the team with nine rebounds and three blocks in 23 minutes of action.
Freshman forward Nathan Childress played three minutes for the Hoosiers.
Senior forward De'Ron Davis scored six points and added two rebounds and a block.
Redshirt freshman Jerome Hunter scored two points and had a rebound and a steal for the Hoosiers.
Redshirt sophomore Race Thompson reached double figures with 10 points and added three steals and two blocks.
Redshirt junior Joey Brunk tallied six points and five rebounds in 21 minutes of action.
Junior Jaqcuez Henderson and freshman Michael Shipp both checked in during the final seconds of the contest.
Up Next: Indiana will begin their regular season on Tuesday, Nov. 5th when they host Western Illinois a 7 p.m.
