"Heck of a match, big time volleyball game. Big time Big Ten Volleyball. That's a really good volleyball team. They're young in certain positions. Temi Thomas-Ailara kid is special and she's going to be a problem for everyone the next four years. They play really hard; they play the game the right way. I think they're really well coached. Certainly, fortunate to get a victory. We talked a lot after the Kentucky win, I was trying to explain to people that's why we're not dancing around the locker room: because I don't think we're there yet. Conversely, losing to three really, really good teams in a row doesn't mean that we're not good. I think we're somewhere in between; I've said that all year, and I was really proud of how we battled.

I thought we battled first whistle to last whistle. I thought we had opportunities in game three, we were just really sloppy. We played the game the right way late, took some brave swings. I was really proud of Bre for finishing the match. She's had opportunities in the past to do it, worked through as a freshman and made some mistakes but took care of that. Megan Sloan had a good night, I thought Kamryn Malloy played great. We're still trying to get Beerman back to 100 percent where she's the Beerman that I know. Kam's been more than serviceable, she's done a good job. Kari wasn't great offensively, but she was a huge part of our defense and really did a good job on their outsides. Their outsides had a truckload of kills, but the numbers were good. So, the one kid got set 67 times, the other 42, and they were both hitting in the .100s so I thought that was a really good effort from us. Obviously proud, 12-5 on the year, that's another top 100 win. We've got a top 25 win on the resume; we've got four or five wins in the top 100. I think we're in a good position clearly, and lots of work to do; we've got things to clean up. Great crowd, great atmosphere, pretty good day for Indiana Athletics.
