Hoosiers Send Four to Spartan Invite

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana men's tennis team will send William Piekarsky, Payam Ahmadi, Luka Vukovic and Patrick Fletchall to the first annual Spartan Invite Oct. 11-13 at Michigan State.
The Spartan Invite will take place beginning Friday at the MSU Outdoor Tennis Courts in East Lansing, Mich.
Format
There will be one draw of 16 doubles teams from each school. Teams will start by playing a 6-game set of doubles, followed by a five-minute break and then two singles matches with a 10-point breaker in lieu of a third set. The doubles team from each school that wins two out of three matches will advance to the next round. Losing teams will be guaranteed a minimum of three singles and three doubles matches.
