Covaciu Runner Up at Black Knight Invite

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Redshirt junior Jacob Covaciu finished in second-place to highlight the Indiana Wrestling results at the Black Knight Invite on Sunday.
Covaciu, at 174 lbs, started his day with a 14-1 major decision over Anthony Vetrano of Bloomsburg.
In the semi-final Covaciu took down No. 9 Ben Harvey of Army in a 5-3 decision.
Covaciu went up against No. 1 Mark Hall of Penn State in the final and lost in a 14-2 major decision.
Next up the Hoosiers host their home opener on Friday Nov. 22 at 7:00 p.m. ET against North Dakota State.
