IU Ranked No. 25 In USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Women's Basketball enters the USA Today/WBCA Coaches poll for the first time since the 1993-94 season as it came in at No. 25 in the organization's first regular season poll.
The Hoosiers have appeared just twice in the USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll, the last coming on February 1, 1994 in a tie for 25th. It marks the first time the team has been ranked in both polls at the same time since January 19, 1993 when the Hoosiers were No. 23 (AP)/No. 25 (USA Today).
In the Associated Press Top 25, Indiana achieved its highest ever ranking on Monday sitting at No. 18 in the Week 3 poll. The national honors come after IU defeated Jackson State on Sunday, 91-51. It will now embark on a nearly three-week road trip beginning at Florida on Friday night. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. ET on SEC Network+.
