"We are just a few months away from opening weekend and we are excited to take the field with team 47." Head Coach Shonda Stanton said. Our pre-season will challenge us early and often. The fan support throughout last season and particularly in the Big Ten tournament was awesome. As our fans return to Andy Mohr Field, they will get to see exciting and high-level softball with the competitive Big Ten and non-conference match-ups we have slated."
Last season, the Hoosiers opened the year with a 14-0 mark, the best start in IU program history.
