BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana will face Tennessee in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Fla., on Thursday, Jan. 2, with a 7 p.m. ET kick on ESPN.
Eight Hoosiers met with the media last week. Below are quotes from each leading up to the game.
WR Nick Westbrook
"It would mean a lot. I was talking about it a little bit earlier. To be able to say that we were a part of the change, it would mean a lot to win this game. It'd mean even more if it sparks continued success here at IU."
LB Micah McFadden
"We are working on getting all of our communications down pat. We are kind of getting some young guys in the flow of the rotations as well. We have done a good job of not getting too many reps, but getting everybody meaningful reps."
C Hunter Littlejohn
"There's just some stuff with my feet and hands that I really just want to kind of hone in on. Obviously, this is my last go so I'm kind of at the peak of my performance as you can be. There's little things here and there that I really need to make an emphasis on getting better at for Tennessee."
CB Reese Taylor
"It is really good for us. We are ready to lock in and do what we have to do. It is another game that we have to go and focus on. The SEC is a great conference, the Big Ten versus the SEC, we love to be in it. We are ready to go fight for another win and get the ninth win for us."
