Franklin, Jackson-Davis Named Indiana All-Stars

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University signees Trayce Jackson-Davis and Armaan Franklin will represent the state of Indiana in its annual series against the Kentucky All-Stars, which will be held June 7 and 8 in Louisville and Indianapolis.
Franklin, who led Indianapolis Cathedral to a 19-6 record and a City Tournament Championship, was named City Player of the Year and averaged 23.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 2.3 steals per game while assisting Indianapolis Cathedral to an 19-6 overall record. He was named to the Indiana "Supreme 15" by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
Jackson-Davis, who completed a standout career at Center Grove High School and was a McDonald's All-American, averaged 22 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 2.8 blocks per game as a senior. The Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year also will play in the Jordan Brand Classic Game in Las Vegas on April 20. He helped the Trojans to its first regional title since 1972 and a 22-9 overall record and a Class 4A state semifinals appearance. He also was named to the Indiana "Supreme 15" by the IBCA.
The Indiana All-Stars will be coached by former Hoosier manager Criss Beyers who is the head coach at Franklin Central.
