BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana football program announced Wednesday that the NCAA has approved a waiver for quarterback Jack Tuttle, which grants him immediate eligibility. The redshirt freshman transferred from Utah in December and has four seasons of eligibility remaining.
