BLOOMINGTON, Ind.— The Big Ten Conference released their weekly track & field athlete of the week honors per a press release on Wednesday afternoon. For the first time this season, Daniel Michalski and Adam Coulon were named athlete of the week.
This is the first weekly accolade since coming to Indiana last fall. The senior has a solid performance in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invite last Friday night as he raced to first place finish in a time of 8:35.94. His time in the event leads the Big Ten and it's also the best finish so far this outdoor season in the NCAA.
